Class Home

Welcome to Room 112

The purpose of this site is to foster better communication between home and school. My hope is that you will find my class website to be helpful and informative.  It will be updated on a regular basis, so feel free to visit often!

Fifth grade is important year filled with growth and independence. Many new skills are introduced. Keeping up with classwork and homework is extremely important to a student’s success. This site, paired with your child’s planner and Class Dojo, will keep you informed on anything happening in the classroom.

I believe that teaching should focus on each individual child and his/her educational needs, the teaching strategies used to help each child achieve his/her highest potential, the development of positive character traits which are essential in becoming a productive citizen, and parental involvement in their child’s mental, physical and emotional development.
