Newsletter – April 1st

Hello OLR families,

Welcome to April!  Hopefully the new month will bring us more sunshine, less snow, and of course, warmer temperatures!  Please remember, our tardy bell rings at 8 AM. Students arriving to school after that time are issued a tardy and too many tardies can result in lower grades and truancy.  We will be making it a priority to remind those families that struggle to get their kids here on time. Please help your child make it to school before this bell to avoid any issues.

There are a few events taking place this week.  Tomorrow night at 7 PM will be a meeting of the Dad’s Club in the Social Hall.  Please see the email that was sent earlier today for more information This Friday will be our school viewing of the Stations of the Cross at 2 PM.  Next week, grades PK4, K, 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th grades will be having their vision screened by Oakland County Health Division Monday through Wednesday during the school day, and National Junior Honors Society will attend the Tiger’s game on Thursday the 11th.

Have a great week!
